Have the following information available for reference:

  • Colleges and universities attended, degree earned, major and minor graduation date.
  • License type, level, endorsement, date of issue and expiration date.
  • Dates of employment, name of organization, name of supervisor, contact phone number and email address.
  • Three (3) professional references including name, title, organization, work phone and home phone and email address, if available.
  • Your current address, previous address and county/state you have lived in over the past seven (7) years.

In addition you will need to attach your resume, letter of interest.

Information regarding the online application system:

  • The browsers supported by Power HR are Firefox for MAC users and Internet Explorers for PC’s.  There are links at the bottom of this page to download these browsers if needed.  The system will not work properly unless these browsers are used.
